Almaty judges participated in a remote lecture on the topic: "The practice of cases in disputes arising out of banking laws"

The Almaty City Court held a videoconference-lecture with the participation of judges of the Supreme Court Duysen Tumabekova and judges of the regional and equated courts of the Republic.

For the first time the video lectures were held such that the judge appellate court was a lecturer.

In the video lectures the judge of the Almaty City Court Maral Tasybekova clarified some issues of judicial acts on civil cases, such as ones for debt collection from natural persons for violation of the contract terms for a bank loan, for the recovery of fees and penalties after the decision on the early recovery of the Court the entire amount of the loan.
