Judge of the Supreme Court Askar Smailov held a lecture for judges of local courts on: "Disputes related to the conclusion, change, termination of the contract (transaction) and the performance of contractual obligations."

The training is conducted within the framework of the implementation by the Supreme Court in the first half of 2017 of a distance training program for judges via a videoconference with regional and equivalent courts.

The Almaty City Court held a videoconference-lecture with the participation of judges of the Supreme Court Duysen Tumabekova and judges of the regional and equated courts of the Republic.

For the first time the video lectures were held such that the judge appellate court was a lecturer.

Today within the framework of implementation of the local courts judges’ remote training program in the Supreme Court by way of a videoconference with regional and equivalent courts, was conducted the next video lecture on: "Economic smuggling and legalization of the property got in the criminal way". Lecture was delivered by the judge of the Supreme Court Kozhabayev O. S.

The Supreme Court by means of a video conferencing with judges of local courts carried out video lecture on the subject "The role of the investigating judge in criminal trial".

In video lecture the retired judge of the SC Yurchenko Raisa Nikolaevna answered the questions of local courts’ judges concerning activity of investigating judges.

Today in the Supreme Court by videoconference with regional and equivalent courts held video lecture on the topic: "Consideration the cases in the reduced and conciliation proceeding."

As part of implementation of the Unified State Plan of Action for the transition to a new model of the criminal law and criminal court proceeding, to improve legislation on administrative offenses and penal enforcement system of the Supreme Court is continuing a massive retraining of judges.
