Judge of the Supreme Court A. Smaylov held a video lecture for judges of local courts

Judge of the Supreme Court Askar Smailov held a lecture for judges of local courts on: "Disputes related to the conclusion, change, termination of the contract (transaction) and the performance of contractual obligations."

The training is conducted within the framework of the implementation by the Supreme Court in the first half of 2017 of a distance training program for judges via a videoconference with regional and equivalent courts.

Also the judges of Zhambyl and East Kazakhstan regional courts acted as the lecturers

In the course of the lecture they discussed disputes related to the conclusion, change, termination of the contract and performance of contractual obligations under the loan agreement, including between individuals, under the contract of sale, as well as share construction. They also spoke about individual issues of the application of the Supreme Court's legal regulation dated 7 July 2016 "On certain issues of invalidity of transactions and the application by courts of the consequences of their invalidity".
