There was a regular video lecture on the local courts judges’ training

Within the framework of implementation of the local courts judges’ remote training program in the Supreme Court by way of videoconference with regional and equivalent courts, was conducted a lecture on “Release of detrained property”. Lecture was delivered by the judge of the Supreme Court Sisenova N. U.

On the video lecture were discussed issues related to the consideration of cases involving claims for the release of detrained property that are considered in accordance with Article 240-6 of CPC.

In the course of the lecture, the judge N.Sisenova covered topics related to the trial of the release of detrained property. She also touched upon issues of jurisdiction, payment of state fees, procedure for consideration of cases involving claims for the release of detrained property imposed in criminal proceedings, burdens imposed by the tax authorities.
