The dispute between the two LLP, which was the subject of consideration by the courts of the first and appellate instances of the South Kazakhstan region, was as follows.

According to the agreement, LLP "KYUSMYUSHLAR" undertook to process 160 000 tons of sunflower seeds and supply "PROTAR" LLP. However, the supplier soon went to the court with a legal claim to the customer for the invalidation of the supply contract and the cancellation of the invoice, arguing that the parties had not concluded the contract.

The chairman of the Supreme Court Zhakip Assanov met with the Rector of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) and the Executive Secretary of the Assembly of the Participants of the Academy Martin Kroytner.

Welcoming the guest, Zh. Assanov reminded Kazakhstan's membership in IACA from 2014 and the implementation of a new anti-corruption policy in the country, where the focus is on preventive actions and measures to counteract corruption, training of zero tolerance for violations in society.

The delegation of Kazakhstan took part in the meeting of the OECD Committee on Investment in France

The delegation of Kazakhstan with participation of the chairman of specialized judicial collegium of the Supreme Court Kydyrbaeva A.K. at a meeting of the OECD Committee on Investment in France presented the second Review of Kazakhstan's investment policy.

As a result of the presentation the OECD Investment Committee decided to recommend to the OECD Council to invite Kazakhstan as a member of the Investment Committee and to join the OECD Declaration on International Investment and Multinational Enterprises.
