While using materials of the Internet-resource of the Supreme Court for any purposes, except for personal, the hyperlink to the Internet-resource sud.kz (and\or regional sites) is obligatory.

While using materials of the Supreme Court:

- in print publications or in other forms on tangible media — paper, tape and etc., a user is obliged in each case to indicate that the source of materials is the Internet-resource of the Supreme Court;

- in Internet or other forms of using electronically, a user in each case of using is obliged to place the hyperlink to the home page of the Internet-resource of the Supreme Court «www.sud.kz».
