The chairman of the Atyrau regional court M. Bekturganov told the residents of the Kurmangazynsky district about the implementation of the President's Address

Margulan Bekturganov held a meeting with the population of the Kurmangazinskiy district of Atyrau region via videoconferencing.

In his speech, the chairman noted that the year 2016 was very significant for the judicial system, which is related to the practical implementation of the Plan of Nation planned by the President of the country. He also stressed that the country has undergone radical changes in the judiciary and legal proceedings.

The chairman of the regional court dwelled in detail on aspects of the implementation of the President's Address to the people of Kazakhstan, calling the document a strategically important for the country. M. Bekturganov announced the work in the part of improving the fiscal policy, improving the scope of public procurement, exploring the possibility of introducing specialization of judges on terrorism and extremism. He described in detail the proposals on the issues of judicial organization and judicial proceedings, the administration of justice, relations with the Government, the Parliament, law enforcement and other state authorities worked out by the Supreme Court.
