L. went to the court number 2 of Aktau with a legal claim to the second-tier bank on invalidation of clause 8.3 of the bank loan agreement, recovery of the amount and court costs.

The court established that a bank loan agreement for the amount of KZT 3,000,000 was concluded between the claimant and the second-tier bank, clause 8.3 of the bank loan agreement provides for a commission for servicing the loan in the amount of 0.3 percent of the amount of the loan granted.

K. and A. went to Atyrau city court with the legal claim to LLP "C" about compensation of the sum for the maintenance of the aged mother of the deceased worker and child before her coming of age.

In the court of Astana there was a meeting with the judges of the deputies of Mazhilis of the Parliament S.Bychkova, E.Kozlov and K.Musin.
