Atyrau City Court recognized the right of dependents to compensation for damage on loss of bread-winner

K. and A. went to Atyrau city court with the legal claim to LLP "C" about compensation of the sum for the maintenance of the aged mother of the deceased worker and child before her coming of age.

The court found that the employee of LLP C. in November 2011, while performing his job as a driver, died as a result of an accident. Dependent on C. were an elderly mother and two minor children. The mother of the deceased K. and A., in the interests of the minor daughter, claimed the LLP for damages, since the employer did not receive help from the employer's family, in which they needed.

The court ruled to collect monthly maintenance from the employer for the elderly mother of the deceased son and his minor child. Also in favor of the child is collected the amount of compensation for moral damage.

The court's decision did not come into legal force.
