Today in ‘Kazakhstanskaya Pravda’ newspaper there is an interview of the Chairman of the Supreme Court Mami K.A. "The judicial system is an important link in the successful implementation of the Message."

Answering the journalist questions, Kairat Mami spoke about the most important aspects of the recent large-scale transformations in the judicial system and the further activities of the domestic Themis in the context of the implementation of the Message of the Head of State and the outcome of the VII Congress of Judges of the Republic.

The South Kazakhstan regional court held a presentation of a new pilot project of the Supreme Court in the framework of the implementation of the instruction of the Head of State to introduce pre-trial settlement of disputes (conflicts) in certain categories of disputes in the order of mediation.

At the enlarged meeting in the Mangystau Regional Court, its participants summed up the outcome of the administration of justice in 2016.

In Pavlodar regional court there was an expanded final meeting on the administration of justice by the courts of the region for 2016.

Adil Kurkbayev, a member of the Supreme Judicial Council, took part in the meeting.

In the Kostanay Regional Court the judges met with the deputy, secretary of the Committee on Legislation and Judicial and Legal Reform of the Majilis of the Parliament Svetlana Bychkova.

The main topic of the meeting was the discussion of the Message of the Head of State "The Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: Global Competitiveness".
