One of the priority areas for improving existing mechanisms for the settlement of disputes and protection of the violated citizens’ rights is the development of conciliatory procedures.
The Supreme Court in the implementation of the instructions of the Head of State at the VII Congress of Judges of the Republic, in order to further expand the scope of application of mediation, launched a pilot project to implement mandatory pre-trial settlement of disputes (conflicts) in certain categories of disputes in order of mediation.
