The Court of Astana held a "round table" to discuss a pilot project for the implementation of pre-trial settlement of disputes (conflicts) in certain categories of disputes in the order of mediation.

In the court session, D.'s guilt was found in the commission of the specified offense, but the court was compelled to terminate this administrative case in connection with the expiration of the term of bringing the guilty party - E. to responsibility.
The court to the address of the Department of Internal Affairs of the East Kazakhstan region issued a private decision to take measures to eliminate the causes and conditions that contributed to the violation of the norms of administrative legislation by the inspector.
