The chairman of the West Kazakhstan Regional Court B. Ametov met with residents of Burlinsky and Chingirlau districts

The chairman of the West Kazakhstan regional court Bek Ametov took part in the reporting meeting of the Chingirlau and Burlinsky districts Akims with the population for social and economic development of the district for 2016.

Akim of the West Kazakhstan region Altai Kulginov, heads of state institutions, representatives of the prosecutor's office and internal affairs, deputies of the district maslikhat, the public council, educational institutions, non-governmental organizations, district akimats, entrepreneurs and the media participated in the meeting.

In the course of the event, the heads of state authorities spoke before the public about the achievement of key indicators of strategic plans and the territories development programs.

In his speech, the chairman of the regional court B. Ametov cited statistical data on the work of the region's courts on the administration of justice for 2016. At the same time, he noted that the VII Congress of Judges had set new tasks for the courts of Kazakhstan: ensuring the rule of law, strengthening the accountability of judges, forming a worthy judiciary corps, ensuring the unity of judicial enforcement practices and legal education of citizens.

According to B. Ametov, in Kazakhstan, the number of cases considered by courts has been increasing year by year, and it has become necessary to expand the practice of conciliatory procedures and alternative methods of dispute resolution. "We should explain to citizens that it is more profitable to reconcile than to bring the case to trial," he said.

In the course of the meeting, the chairman of the regional court answered the questions of the districts residents, completing the reporting meeting, akim of the region thanked B. Ametov for covering the issues of reforming the judicial system and expressed his confidence that the judiciary corps will spare all effort in practical implementation of these tasks.
