West Kazakhstan regional court

The Astana city court held a regional seminar to discuss the jurisprudence of applying environmental legislation and the Civil Procedure Code.

The Judge of the Supreme Court BeibutShermukhametov, judges of the capital courts, representatives of the Prosecutor's Office, the Ministries of Justice, Finance, Energy, the Department of Ecology, the Republican Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken", academies of justice and law enforcement bodies, oil companies and lawyers took part in the seminar.

The regional territorial inspection of forestry and wildlife appealed to court No. 2 in Uralsk, West Kazakhstan Region with a lawsuit against B. to recover the damage caused.

The plaintiff motivated his demands by the fact that the defendant was found guilty of committing a criminal offense by the sentence of the Urals City Court as a result of which the defendant caused damage to the state in the amount of 170,528,400 KZT.

The chairman of the Judicial division of Civil Cases of the West Kazakhstan Regional Court Kairat Adranov met with the active population of Zhanibek and Kaztalovsky districts, held a reception in three district courts during his working trip to the region.

Since the beginning of the year, the court No. 2 of the Zelenovsky district of the West Kazakhstan region has considered 40 administrative cases against citizens who committed petty hooliganism.

Being in public places, offenders polluted common areas, showed disrespect to others, violated public order, and committed unlawful acts.

The specialized administrative court of the city of Uralsk already this year considered 26 administrative cases under Article 440 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
