Chairman of the division of the West Kazakhstan regional court K. Adranov met with residents of Zhanibek and Kaztalov districts

The chairman of the Judicial division of Civil Cases of the West Kazakhstan Regional Court Kairat Adranov met with the active population of Zhanibek and Kaztalovsky districts, held a reception in three district courts during his working trip to the region.

Within the framework of the meeting, a meeting was organized with the participation of the heads of executive and law enforcement bodies and state institutions. The event was attended by akims of the districts and rural districts, mediators, lawyers, local residents, non-governmental organizations and the media.

During the meeting, the speaker paid special attention to the implementation of the Plan of the Nation and to the development of conciliation procedures that facilitate the settlement of disputes at any stage, including the introduction of a pilot project for the development of pre-trial settlement of disputes. He revealed the key tasks of modernizing the criminal process and improving law enforcement. He explained the tasks of introducing electronic justice in the judicial system, equipping the courtrooms with equipment that records the progress of the process, allowing participants in the case to request a copy of the electronic record of the testimony at the court session. The use of information technologies allowed not only to automate legal proceedings, but also contributed to the effective protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of the country. He touched upon the issues of transition to the Latin alphabet, including the need for interaction with scientists and all members of the public to adopt a unified standard for the new Kazakh alphabet and graphics.

Human rights activists and mediators expressed their opinion on the topics that were reported about. K.Adranov presented a letter of thanks of the chairman of the regional court B. Ametov to the unprofessional mediator of Zhanibek district Bolat Zakarin for the development of mediation in the district.

The chairman of the division received more than a dozen residents who addressed various issues and held workshops with the collectives of district courts on the administration of justice and the development of electronic document control.
