In the Supreme Court successfully held remote training of judges

Today in the Supreme Court by videoconference with regional and equivalent courts held video lecture on the topic: "Consideration the cases in the reduced and conciliation proceeding."

As part of implementation of the Unified State Plan of Action for the transition to a new model of the criminal law and criminal court proceeding, to improve legislation on administrative offenses and penal enforcement system of the Supreme Court is continuing a massive retraining of judges.

One of the forms of educational activities is a remote learning through video lectures judges. Remote learning technologies allow to attract the maximum number of listeners without departure from the place of their residence, which greatly saves time judges, and also reduces the material costs of the training.

Organized video lecture today is the third in a series of lectures devoted to the study of novellas Criminal, Criminal Procedure, Criminal Executive Code and Administrative Offences Code.

In conducted lectures honorary retired judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Laws Yurchenko R.N. explained the novellas of the Criminal Procedure Code on the grounds and procedure for the conclusion of agreements with the procedural criminal proceedings, as well as procedures for dealing with procedural agreement in court instances.

Judges of local courts were given the opportunity in the online mode to get answers to questions, as well as recommendations for the correct application of the regulations imposed. "
