Public procurement contract is declared invalid

Inspection of financial control of Akmola region filled a claim to the Department of construction of Shortandy district and to LLP "European standard-Aqua" to invalidate the agreement on public procurement, on the grounds that the public procurement of works on reconstruction of water supply systems and laying on water supply in the village Bozaygyr of Shortandy district held violation of the legislation.
