Today, in the Supreme Court is held video lecture

Today by the Supreme Court by videoconference with regional and equated courts is held video lecture on "Crimes for private prosecution."

Organized video lecture is the fourth in a series of lectures devoted to the study of novellas of the Criminal, Criminal Procedure, Criminal Executive Code and the Administrative Offences Code.

During the video lectures Supreme Court justice Agybaeva L.A. explained the novellas of the Criminal Procedure Code introduced with effect from 1 January 2015, features a private prosecution of cases in comparison with other categories of cases. Also at the event were discussed issues of jurisprudence arising in cases of private prosecution.
