The specialized inter-district criminal court of Aktobe region considered a criminal case on a charge of K. in commiting crime under Art. 297 h. 3 para. 3 of the Criminal Code (illegal manufacture, processing, purchase, storage, transportation for the purpose of sale, transfer or selling of narcotics, psychotropic substances, their analogues) with respect to narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues in especially large sizes) .

In June 2016 at the central mosque of Atyrau "Imangali" Mr. T. prevented the imam and other parishioners to read the prayer, thereby disrupting the prayer.

According to the internal rules and regulations of the mosque, visitors of the mosque are obliged to follow the rules and prescribed standards during a prayer. Creating conflicts in the mosque, creating obstruction at the time of prayer are considered violations of rules.
