Atyrau Regional Court dismissed the civil case at the suit of JSC "KazTransOil" to A.Isatayev on forcing his own expense to demolish the structure, located in the buffer zone on the 764 km of main pipeline Uzen-Atyrau-Samara.
The reason for the termination was the request of the parties on the approval of a mediation agreement concluded with the participation of one of the judges of the collective composition.

North Kazakhstan regional court approved the settlement agreement between the parties in a civil case

O.Teplova turned to the North Kazakhstan regional court a complaint against the decision of the court N2 of Petropavlovsk, with the problem that LLP "Lombard Vostok-cars” recovered a main debt, bonus and penalty from her.
Representatives of the parties asked to approve a settlement agreement between the parties in the course of the proceedings before the appellate court, after clarifying the rights of the parties to resolve the dispute by way of conciliation.

The Military Court passed an expanded meeting on the results of the military courts of justice in the first half of 2016.
The meeting was attended by the chairman of the judicial board on criminal cases of the Supreme Court Abay Rahmetulin, Chairman of the Military Court Saken Abdullayev, judge of the military courts, the head of the Court Administrator.
As a part of the extended meeting, reports from the chairmen of judicial boards of the military court Aueznura Kazhenova Zhandos Musabekuly were heard.
