Judges of the Supreme Court took part in the training organized jointly with the European Union project "Improvement of Criminal Justice in Kazakhstan".
The main objective of the training was to train the skills of judges required for teaching in active contact groups, especially those working with an adult audience.
The meeting was attended by the judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a member of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the CCJ Adil Kurkbaev.
Opening the meeting, chairman of the Kostanay regional court Aslambek Mergal outlined the main issues on the agenda.
Today in South Kazakhstan Regional Court held an extended meeting of the judges of the field to sum up the results of work of the courts of justice for the first half of 2016.
The meeting was attended by the chairman of the judicial board on criminal cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.Rahmetulin, chairmen of judicial boards and judges of the regional court, court administrators and management experts, chairmen, judges and heads of the offices of district and equivalent courts area.

Speaking at the meeting, the chairman of the regional court Ametov Beck emphasized one of the most important ways to improve the judicial activity - legal monitoring of the quality of justice on the eight criteria, which is one of the main indicators of the courts.
The Head of State at the VI Congress of the Union of Judges noted that "in the XXI century the most important criteria for the development of nations - a flawless and efficient national judicial system."
President of the Supreme Court K.Mami sent a letter to Akim of Mangystau region Alik Aydarbaeva stating in the letter the need to build the courthouse in Munaily District due to population growth and the corresponding load of judges.

The Petropavlovsk city court considered the criminal case against Karen Hunanyan and charged him with a criminal offense under the first part of the article 380 of the Criminal Code (use of violence not dangerous to life or health against a representative of authority while he/she was performing his/her duties).

The East Kazakhstan Regional Court and the Public Association "Guild of court reporters" have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at strengthening of cooperation.
Memorandum on behalf of the Regional Court was signed by Chairman of the East-Kazakhstan branch of the Union of Judges Eldos Zhumaksanov, LTD "Guild of court reporters" - Jeanne Baitelova. The sides reached an agreement on the organization of consultations, press conferences, briefings, meetings, "round tables" and seminars on mutual cooperation.
The Aktobe Regional Court held an extended meeting directed on results of the courts’ work of justice for the first half of 2016.
At the meeting, the chairman of the regional court Muratgali Aketay noted that since January 1, 2016 the practical implementation by the Supreme Court of the execution of assigned to this Court 11 steps of the Nation’s plan began.
