Semey city’s court number 2 considered a criminal case against an unemployed resident A.Malyukevich, who has been tried for the first part of article number 368 of the Criminal Code (i. e., mediation in bribery), the fourth part of Article number 28, the second part of Article number 367 of the Criminal Code (i.e., incitement to bribe officials of state bodies).
The Almaty City Court held an extended meeting of Almaty city court judges on the basis of the courts’ job in the first half of 2016.
The meeting was attended by the Supreme Court Justice Nurzhan Kaiypzhan, a member of the Supreme Judicial Council Lyazat Kudekova, the chairman of the City Court Akzhan Eshtay, the judges of the city, court administrators and the representatives of the regional administration of the media.
Specialized inter-district juvenile court of Atyrau region held a training seminar with the participation of a psychologist and a teacher G.Sultanova.
The President of the Court B.Zhumabaev noted that the speacial feature of the administration of justice for minors is the significance of its educational nature. Often, the court has to consider the claims, the resolution of which affetcs the child’s fate.
