East Kazakhstan Regional Court held a "round table" on the topic: "Actual issues arising in the preparation of the procedural agreement."
The "round table" was attended by the judges of the regional court, chairmen and judges of district and equivalent courts, prosecutors and lawyers.
Inspectors of the PSC of Mangistau region M.Musin and E.Bisenbay together with M.Aytbaev, using their official position, sold illegally state vehicle license of PSC, producing fake printing, forms and postal receipts. By reducing the amount of state duty, they gave to citizens S., K., D., T., H. and R. license plates of high demand (333, 555, 444, 005, 222 and 111), for which they received from 150 000 to 400 000 tenge. Thereby, it caused damage to the state in the amount of 3,102,812 tenge, victims 2,275,000 tenge.
In July 2015 the investigator D.Mukanov as part of the investigation group WKR DIA participated in the detention of a citizen who has committed illegal possession of saiga horns.
However, as it turned out, most of the material evidence unknowningly disappeared from his office. In order to conceal this fact, Mukanov falsified a number of documents in a criminal case by making false information about the number of saiga horns in the seizure protocol .
