The Ridder Court considered the criminal case of private prosecution, acquitted the defendant on the basis of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights

In Ridder town EKR court considered the criminal case of private prosecution against D.Kozlova, prosecuted under Part 1, Article 131 of the Criminal Code (abuse, i. e., humiliation of honor and dignity of another person, expressed in indecent form).
The court found that N.Vasileva accused D.Kozlov that the latter, while being drunk, insulted her, speaking foul language, humiliating her honor and dignity.
