Resolution of the specialized Chamber of the Supreme Court acquitted the specialized inter-district administrative court of Aktobe and Aktobe regional court about bringing to administrative responsibility for the first part of Article 610 of the Administrative Code.
It was established that on one of the Aktobe’s crossroads two vehicles collided. The car driven by V.Geniberg collided with another vehicle traveling on the left lane in the direction of the exit junction roundabout.
