On the implementation of joint actions for the further development of conciliation procedures

One of the tasks the Head of State at the sixth congress of judges in November 2013, is the widespread use of simplified production and conciliation procedures, in particular the need to introduce the institute of mediation, the commission of a notary writing of execution.
For these purposes, the Supreme Court and the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan signed a memorandum on the development of mediation in June of this year. As a part of it guidelines for the use of conciliation procedures are being developed,
