The Supreme Court recognizes the absence of the driver's actions of an administrative offense, that was previously convicted

Resolution of the specialized Chamber of the Supreme Court acquitted the specialized inter-district administrative court of Aktobe and Aktobe regional court about bringing to administrative responsibility for the first part of Article 610 of the Administrative Code.

It was established that on one of the Aktobe’s crossroads two vehicles collided. The car driven by V.Geniberg collided with another vehicle traveling on the left lane in the direction of the exit junction roundabout.

The Supreme Court dismissed this case based on the norms of the Constitution, the UN International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

The reason was in the absence  of an administrative offense in the previously convicted driver's actions.
