Currently, the Department on support of courts activity under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan is developing a new draft "Rules for providing access and intrasite regimes for visitors and participants of the process in the territory and buildings of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, local courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, The Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Apparatus of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan) and its territorial bodies "(hereinafter - the Rules).

The Draft Rules are drawn up taking into account the positions of the advocacy community and other participants in the judicial process that have entered the Supreme Court. So, one of the new points of the Rules proposes to allow entry of recording devices, computers, mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.), computer storage media (flash cards, USB disks, etc.) to court participants. , as well as other technical devices, including wireless, with the ability to transfer data, as well as access to international global networks and the Internet.

These innovations are made taking into account the implementation of the state program "Digital Kazakhstan", as well as the further development and improvement in the courts of services for "electronic justice".
