In Munaily District of Mangistau region, a new building of the district court will be built

The Head of State at the VI Congress of the Union of Judges noted that "in the XXI century the most important criteria for the development of nations - a flawless and efficient national judicial system."

President of the Supreme Court K.Mami sent a letter to Akim of Mangystau region Alik Aydarbaeva stating in the letter the need to build the courthouse in Munaily District due to population growth and the corresponding load of judges.

On the eve of the national holiday - the Day of Astana, this long-awaited issue has been resolved.

At the last meeting in July 5, 2016 akim of Mangistau region Alik Aidarbayev, chairman of Mangistau regional court Zhaksylyk Alans, deputy akim of the region Sholpan Ilmuhamedova and Suindikov Aldashev Akim of Munaily District Nurlan Tazhibayev, chairman of the district court Bauyrzhan Yelemesov  examined the building of the district court, analyzing compliance with the building of population came to the conclusion that the need to allocate funds for the construction of a new building of the district court and the start of construction this year.

Akim of Mangystau region ruled the allocation of funds for the construction of the district court building on a plot of 0.2 hectares. Works on its relation were held, the standard project was received by the state examination.
