A seller of narcotic drugs on a large scale was sentenced to 10 years in Aktobe

The specialized inter-district criminal court of Aktobe region considered a criminal case on a charge of K. in commiting crime under Art. 297 h. 3 para. 3 of the Criminal Code (illegal manufacture, processing, purchase, storage, transportation for the purpose of sale, transfer or selling of narcotics, psychotropic substances, their analogues) with respect to narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues in especially large sizes) .

The Court found that K. illegally sold dried marijuana of a total weight of 4835 grams for 2 100 000 tenge while being intoxicated.

Court found K. to be guilty of committing a crime under Art. 297 h. 3 para. 3 of the Criminal Code, and sentenced him to imprisonment for a term of 10 years with confiscation of property.
