The Chairman of the Aktobe Regional Court M. Aketai held meetings with the residents of the Martuk District

Muratgali Aketai visited the Tanirbergen, Karatogai and Rodnikovskiy rural districts of the Martuk District as part of a working visit to the region.

In each district the chairman of the regional court held meetings with the population with participation of the district activists.

During the meetings M.Aketai informed the citizens about the implementation of Plan of the Nation - the creation of a fundamentally new model of the judiciary, the modernization of the criminal process and the improvement of other aspects of law enforcement activities, the expansion of the scope of judicial protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and organizations. He noted the rule of law, the introduction of alternative methods of dispute resolution, the professionalism of the judiciary, and the introduction of modern information technologies into the judicial system as the priorities of the justice.

The chairman of the regional court explained the advantages of using the "Court Office" gave detailed lecture on the electronic services provided by the service.

In each village M. Aketai got acquainted with the work of mediation offices, talked to mediators. In addition, the chairman of the regional court held reception of citizens in district courts, during which the citizens who arrived received full answers to all the questions of interest.
