In the Aktobe regional court judges met with the deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament

The deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament Abai Tasbulatov visited the Aktobe Regional Court.

In the course of the meeting, the chairman of the regional court Myratgali Aketay noted the successful implementation by the judiciary corps set by the Head of the State tasks in Plan of Nation. M.Aketay also stressed the main tasks set by the President at the recent VII Congress of Judges, the rule of law, the formation of a decent judiciary corps, ensuring the unity of the practice of court cases and the issue of legal education.

Chairman of the Regional Court also noted the widespread implementation of information technologies in the republic's courts, in particular, the conduct by the Supreme Court of the great work by equipping one hundred percent of all courtroom by audio and video recording litigation system, excluding suspension and adjustment of audio and video recordings. The implementation of AVR discipline the court session participants, enhances transparency and access to justice.

Majilisman in the course of the meeting familiarized with the work of the Regional Court, the information technologies used in the legal proceedings, in particular, the service "Judicial office" and "Torelіk".

A.Tasbulatov paid tribute the Chairman of the Supreme Court in the successful implementation of the tasks in front of the judicial system, defined by Plan of Nation.
