Semey city court recovered from LLP in favor of the former employee more than 400 thousand tenge as compensation for harm caused to health and wage arrears

The plaintiff went to Semey City Court of East Kazakhstan region with a legal claim to the LLP "C", citing claims that while working as a plasterer-painter at the defendant in the performance of employment duties received industrial injury. He fell from a height of 2.5 meters, with the result that received numerous broken bones. In the legal claim, noting that from November 2015 to the present time he does not get wages due to downtime at work, he asked to compensate the harm caused to health and to recover arrears of wages.
