In the North-Kazakhstan region retired judges share their experience with young judges

In the North-Kazakhstan region retired judges conduct training workshops with young judges.

For example, a retired judge, PhD Inessa Kuanova held a seminar-training on Conciliation with the judges of the court number 2 of Petropavlovsk in order to enhance their skills.

During the training, Inessa Zaynullovna explained in detail the conditions of the conciliation procedures, stressing that conciliation should be interesting for the judge, the parties and the representatives of the parties. The settlement agreement must be voluntary and profitable for each side.

Young judges had an opportunity to discuss the procedural rules on conciliation procedures legislation Kuanova Inessa shared their experience and knowledge of civil procedure.

In addition, the retired judges Kaziza Dzhunusova and Lydia Kapustin, owning  rich practical experience provide effective assistance for the first time appointed judges in the development of the judicial profession, conduct seminars, "round tables" and advise on any questions on a permanent basis.

The work with young referees can improve the quality of their consideration of cases.
