Atyrau Regional Court approved a settlement agreement between the parties, allowing them to maintain a long-term contractual relations

The Judicial Board for Civil Cases of the Atyrau Regional Court considered the plaintiff's complaint LLP "Flecha" and the defendant LLP "Ideal Market". The parties did not agree with the decision of the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Atyrau region.  on which to "Ideal Market" in favor of "Flecha" were collected 13,598,992 tenge.

At the trial, the parties were provided with an opportunity to resolve the dispute through conciliation procedures, which aim to preserve the contractual relationship on favorable terms. In consideration of this case the appellate court established the presence of the current between the parties on the tenancy agreement valid for 10 years. The amount claimed by the plaintiff to recover, was the size of the indexation of lease payments in connection with the change of the US dollar.

The definition of judicial board approved a settlement agreement between the parties to the two LLC - "Flecha" and "Ideal Market".

Plaintiff returned to state duty in the amount of 407,970 tenge.
