Astana city court summed up the administration of justice for the first half 2016

In the court of Astana there was an extended meeting on results for the first half of 2016. The chairman of the judicial division for civil cases of the Supreme Court of Elis Abdykadyrov, chairman of the Court of Astana Tlektes Barpibaev, judges of the city and employees of Courts Administrator took part in the meeting.

Opening the work, T.Barpibaev informed about the main outcomes of consideration of criminal, civil and administrative cases by the courts of the capital. Chairman of the court informed in detail about the quantity and quality indicators of administration of justice by first instance and appeal courts.

Summing up the results for the six months, the Chairman of the judicial division for Civil Cases of the Supreme Court E.Abdykadyrov stressed that "in general, over the past six months, the results of the administration of justice in the city court characterized by the preservation of the tendency to improve the quality and compliance with the terms of consideration of cases."

The judge of the court of Astana Gulmira Kazhenova sounded the results of the commission work on judicial ethics for the first half of the current year. Unanimously 7 members of the Judicial Ethics Committee of Astana city court are approved.

In the course of the meeting, there was awarding of the competition winners for Conciliation procedures among district and equivalent courts of Astana - the specialized inter-district economic court and Almaty district court.

 The judge of the court of Astana Sayran Alimbaeva awarded a letter of thanks for making a significant contribution to the work of media relations.

In conclusion of the meeting the chairman of Astana city court has identified a number of key tasks for further work on improving the administration of justice, raising the professional level of judges and to ensure courts openness.
