In the North Kazakhstan regional court the judges with the participation of representatives of NGOs discussed the matters on protection of the entrepreneurs’ rights and interests

In the North Kazakhstan regional court there was a "round table" on: "Judicial protection of the entrepreneurs’ rights. Efficiency. Problems".

Judges, mediators, officers of the court, representatives of non-governmental organizations, prosecutors, lawyers, Chamber of entrepreneurs, Justice and entrepreneurs took part in the "round table".

The relevance of the event is caused by the high value and the role of law and justice to protect the entrepreneurs’ legitimate rights and interests.

As the judge of the regional court Zhanar Kenjebayeva noted all aspects of large-scale modernization of the judicial system, the implementation of information technologies in the legal proceedings are intended to improve the quality of administration of justice at the highest level corresponding to world standards. This in practical terms the principle of providing access to justice and the strict observance of due process, of course, helps to ensure maximum legal protection of legitimate rights and interests of citizens and legal entities by fast and high quality of administration of justice for all, without exception, the categories of cases.

In the course of the meeting is lighted the role of the new Entrepreneurial Code to protect the rights and interests of entrepreneurs. The necessity of its adoption due to the prevailing socio-economic conditions, the integration processes taking place when the markets for goods, works and services are open to participants of foreign countries.

The participants of the "round table" discussed the role of the Specialized Inter-district Economic Court, which since its establishment has gone formation, developed a stable practice of consideration of civil cases involving entrepreneurs, had provided consistent quality of administration of justice and efficiency. The subject of discussion was the detailed updating of legislation and the implementation of modern information technology, the role of mediation in the settlement of disputes of entrepreneurs, professional level of advocate protection of the entrepreneurs rights.

As a result, the "round table" participants agreed that the courts of the region as a whole judicial system, demonstrate high efficiency in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of entrepreneurs.
