In the Economic court held a "round table" on admission the invalidation of transactions

Today in Specialized Inter district Economic court of Karaganda region held a "round table" on "Issues arising from disputes on claims of tax authorities and prosecutors on admission the invalidation of transactions."

In the work the round table was attended by members of the Tax Department of Karaganda region, the Tax Department of Oktyabrsky district, the Tax Department district named Kazybek bi, prosecutors and judges of Karaganda region of the Economic court.

During the discussion, the judges of the court were given the problematic issues arising from the presentation of the tax authorities claims for admission the invalidation of transactions, the abolition of the notification of the results of tax audits in connection with the admitted procedural violations on the claims of the prosecution and invalidate the registration of legal entities for which no procedural solutions within the framework of criminal proceedings.

For 7 months of 2014 from the tax authorities in the Economic court received 45 claims for admission the invalidation of transactions.

In turn, by the employees of the Tax Department there were given appropriate explanations on all issues.
