Today, in Specialized inter district administrative court in Almaty city was considered the case against A. Esenbekov under Art. 354-1 p. 1 CAO (Illegal use of the National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan is in violation of the order of legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

According to the decision of the Specialized inter district administrative court of Almaty city A. Essenbekov offender found guilty of an administrative offense and subjected to the penalty of a fine of 200 MCI.

On August 16 of 2014 in sports complex "Muz Aydin" located in Kyzylorda city on the eve of the Constitution Day was held a competition in volleyball between local government bodies.

The aim of the competition organized by Kyzylorda regional branch of the Union of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan was to attract employees of local executive bodies to patriotism, friendship, as well as to the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle.

On August 16 of the current year, in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a working meeting chaired by the Head of Department to ensure the activity of the courts under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan I.S. Ispanov.

The event was attended by the leadership of the Department, heads of departments and responsible employees of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as through video conferencing administrative board offices of the local courts.
