Mediation office is opened in the House of Friendship in Karaganda

In the House of Friendship in Karaganda is opened mediation office at the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan of the region.

The judge of the Karaganda regional court D.Kryukov, mediator T.Savitskaya, retired judge M.Zhakanova, and deputy head of Courts Administrator of Karaganda region D.Ahashov took part at the opening ceremony of the mediation office.

In his speech D.Kryukov noted that the opening of the mediation offices at the akimats under the auspices of the APK is necessary in order to develop the application of extra-judicial conflict resolution. He stressed the advantage of these offices, consisting in providing opportunity for citizens without departure from residence to appeal to the mediators for conflict resolution and reconciliation.

Citizens who appealed to mediation offices at the akimats are exempt from legal and transportation costs, as eliminating the need for a mandatory payment of state duty when filing a legal claim in court and payment representatives’ services.

Judge of the Regional Court expressed gratitude to provide a cozy and bright cabinet for mediators.
