Today, in Al-Farabi district court of Shymkent city in order mediation is considered a civil case at the suit of LLP «Asia Invest Industries» to the defendant TOO DK «Export" and citizen B.D. the recovery of the outstanding amount of 64,166,234 tenge.
On August 6, 2014 by the Department to ensure the activity of the courts under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan and SC "Kazpost" held a working meeting to discuss the outcome of the implementation of the 1-stage in the integration of information systems, judicial and postal authorities of the republic, as well as the approval of long-term plans for this work.
