At the meeting the parties discussed the results of the work of the courts of the Republic for the first half of 2014, the current activity of the Supreme Court, as well as the challenges ahead.

During the meeting, Nursultan Nazarbayev noted that the judiciary system plays a special role in improving public administration addressing its social and economic objectives, the protection of the rights of small-scale and medium-scale businesses and investors, creating optimal conditions for their activities.
