Today, in Inter district administrative court of Almaty city is considered an administrative case against Tsukanov Andrei Borisovich under Art. 373 p. 1 CAO (unauthorized organization or holding meetings, rallies, marches, pickets, demonstrations or other public event).
At the regular plenary meeting in Akmola regional court, chaired by Nurgazy Abdikanov were considered presentations from the Chairman of the Supreme Court as the Chairman of Astrakhan district court. On an alternative basis presented two candidates judges - specialized administrative court of Kokshetau city Alexei Nikolaevich Ahn and Zhaksynsky district court Zaure Gabdissalyamovna Zholamanova.
On the results of the discussion, participants of the plenary meeting unanimously gave a positive opinion to both candidates.
