The court held to administrative responsibility for the transfer of a prohibited object convicted

In Zharkain district court of Akmola region is considered an administrative case against previously convicted citizen K. under Article 367 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences for the transfer of persons detained in the criminal-executive system of the prohibited items.

The court found that K. hidden from inspection was trying to transfer convicts detained in penitentiary settlements of a general regime, item prohibited for storage and use in this institution, namely, SIM-card for cell phone, placing it under the insole of shoes designed for the transfer of sentenced. Thereby K. committed an administrative offense under Article 367 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences.

By court order K. is found guilty under Article 367 KRKoAP and fined in the amount of 1 MCI - 1852 tenge with confiscation of the subject of an administrative offense.
