15 foreign citizens prosecuted for violation of the order of stay on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Specialized administrative court of Uralsk West Kazakhstan region considered 15 administrative cases against foreign citizens who have committed violations of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of migration.

Visitors were representatives of different countries, among them, four citizens from Kyrgyzstan, four from Uzbekistan, three citizens from Russia, two from Tajikistan, one citizen from Pakistan and one from Azerbaijan.

Migration Police officers DIA WKR found foreign nationals during carrying out of operatively-search actions, drawing up administrative protocol under Article 517 part 2, 4 and 5 CAO against offenders. As it turned out, these persons violated the rules of entry, exit and stay regime in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

By the Court decisions all the offenders were brought to administrative responsibility and subjected to administrative penalties, in accordance with the sanctions of Articles of the Administrative Code of Kazakhstan, in the form of administrative detention and a fine.
