The sentence is pronounced in the presence of all the personnel of the military unit

Under the chairmanship of the judge of the Military Court of Akmola garrison Ibraimov E.E. considered the criminal case, where two soldiers were sentenced to a fine for a criminal offense in the field of drug trafficking.

The court established that Sergeant J. at the market "Kamkor" in Astana from unknown person during the pre-trial for 500 tenge intentionally illegally acquired for the personal use paper parcel with narcotic drug, and began to keep to himself.

July 4, 2016 at the request of the person under the name "Said", imitating the criminal activity, the acquisition of narcotic drugs Sergeant J. and Junior Sergeant G. came to the market "Kamkor" where from unknown in the pre-trial person for 6,000 tenge sergeant A. purchased two polymer convolution with a narcotic drug - hashish with a total weight 11 grams 6667.

Then Junior Sergeant J. took from Sergeant I. acquired parcels of narcotic drugs and handed person imitating criminal activity under the name "Said" received from him 7000 tenge. Thus, Sergeant J. and Junior Sergeant J. contrary to the requirements of the Law "On narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors and measures to counter illegal trafficking and abuse" intentionally, unlawfully acquired, transported, and stored drugs without intent to sell on a large scale

At the hearing the defendants Sergeant J. and Junior Sergeant J. recognized guilty as charged, expressed in the illegal purchase, transportation and storage of drug hashish, fully and sincerely repent of their deeds.

By the court verdict I. sergeant and Junior Sergeant J. found guilty of committing of a criminal offense under Art.296 Part 3 of the Criminal Code, according to which each is imposed a penalty of a fine of 250 monthly calculation indices, amounting to 530 250 tenge.

This verdict has been announced with the departure of the military unit 68665 of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the educational purposes of crime prevention among military personnel.
