The appeal instance previously changed the sentence against one of the defendants “Horgos case "

Today appellate judicial board on criminal cases of the Military court passed its judgment in the criminal case on the facts of economic smuggling by "Horgos case."

Appeals court changed the sentence Specialized Inter district Military court on criminal cases of 12 April 2014 in respect of M.A.Sadybekov. In particular, under Article 63 of the Criminal Code M.A.Sadybekov assigned a suspended sentence with probation period for 2 (two) years. The rest of the verdict was upheld.

Complaints remaining convicts left without satisfaction.

The decision entered into force from the date of publication.
