Since February 1 of the current year in the Saryarkinsky district court of Astana, a pilot project on consideration cases of order production in electronic form has been implemented.

Thus, the processes of this category of cases within the framework of the project will be considered without providing citizens with paper documents and, accordingly, without their paper consideration in court.

The project is implemented in accordance with the decree of the Chairman of the Supreme Court in order to streamline legal proceedings.

Arman Zhukenov, the chairman of the Saryarkinsky District Court, informed media representatives about the provisions of the pilot project. According to him, the project provides for 100% electronic legal proceedings: from the filing and registration of a legal claim to the direction for the execution of an enforceable judicial act.

"The project is aimed at increasing citizens' trust in the judicial system, increasing the access of trial participants to all case file by providing documents in electronic media, which in turn simplifies the process of issuing documents and excludes the human factor," A. Zhukenov noted.

Another advantage of the pilot project is that now there is no need to start and file cases, all materials of civil cases will be stored electronically in the court archive.

In the course of the meeting, representatives of the media were shown a specially equipped courtroom that allows considering civil cases in electronic format, as well as the employees work of the mobile CSC in the foyer of the building.

Within the framework of the pilot project, the Saryarkinsky District Court has already considered more than 400 legal claims without printing out court acts and other documents on paper.

Currently, the country's judicial system is actively working to implement the reforms initiated by the Head of State in the framework of Plan of Nation "100 concrete steps - a modern state for everyone". These tasks in many respects allow solving new modern technologies. They allow you to systematize work, make all processes transparent and understandable, and minimize the human factor when working with documents.
