Judges of the Kostanay Regional Court Sergei Nurov and Zhanara Zhaylebayeva held a roundtable during which participants discussed the main changes to the Law "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Improving Civil Banking Legislation and Improving Conditions for Entrepreneurial Activity."
Judge of the Zhambyl regional court Gulnara Asylbek held a round table in which judges, mediators of the NGO "Mediation and Rights Center" Bitemger "," International Human Rights Center "," Public Protection ", representatives of the Chamber of Notaries, the Chamber of Private officers of the court, ‘Taraz-su’, ‘Zhambyl Zhylu’, ‘Zhasyl El-Taraz’, ‘Tarazenergencenter’ and ‘KazTransGas Aimak’.
In Atyrau regional court, the Council of Young Judges and students of the Faculty of Law of the Caspian Modern College showed an educational and staging trial in the criminal case.
Having worked out the plot of the case, the students themselves acted as a judge, a prosecutor, a lawyer, a court officer, a defendant, a victim and witnesses.
