Tupkaragan district court launched the "Virtual Court" service

The Mangystau Regional Court carries out a number of events in the framework of popularizing the use of innovative technologies and digitalization in the judicial system.

For example, akim of the Tupkaragansky district Temirbek Asauov, chairman of the district court Nurtugan Turzhanov, district prosecutor Bakytzhan Zhanysbayev and head of the interior department Gabiden Tanirbergenov signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The document is aimed at the implementation of the project "Virtual Court", increasing legal literacy, saving time and money, as well as developing innovative technologies in court proceedings.

In pursuance of the Memorandum on the proposal of the Tupkaragansky District Court it was installed modern equipment - skype and videoconferencing in the buildings of the remote rural districts akimats of the district, such as Sayyn, Akshukur and Tauchik, in order to consider court cases and materials in virtual mode. Thus, the "Virtual Court" will allow participating residents of these districts in judicial trials online, while living in their rural districts.

Within the framework of the project cases on criminal offenses, civil, as well as administrative cases and materials will be considered on-line mode. At the same time, the judge will conduct the processes in real time, the participants of the trial need not come to court, they will have to come to the akimat building in the place of residence, after receiving the SMS notification, where the attendant (akimat specialist) at the specified time will turn on videoconferencing with the court.

The Tupkaragan District Court has already considered within the framework of the project more than 10 cases and materials regarding the divorce, debt collection, violation of migration legislation and family scandal.

The district Residents are satisfied with the implementation of the new electronic service and the possibility of remotely participating in the court session.
